Strangely Moncalieri outrebounded Costa Masnaga 51-38 including 18 on the offensive glass. Even a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds by DR Congolese center Lydie Katshitshi (185-98) did not help to save the game for Moncalieri. German forward Stefanie Grigoleit (186-89) added 11 points and 11 rebounds for the guests. Moncalieri's coach Paolo Terzolo rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Costa Masnaga will play against Bolzano AV (#13) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Moncalieri will play against Albino (#12) to get more than just one victory in their record.
