Regular Season Round 3: Cazorla - Novaschool 82-76

Cazorla used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Malaga 82-76 on Saturday night. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. It was a good game for point guard David Rubio (185-94) who led his team to a victory with 21 points, 9 assists and 4 steals. Guard Manuel Fuentes (186-98) contributed with 19 points for the winners. American forward Alex Jackson (200-84, college: Mo.-St.Louis) answered with 25 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and center Anastasio Vazquez (204-92) added 17 points and 17 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for Novaschool. Four Novaschool players scored in double figures. Cazorla will face Andujar (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Novaschool will play against Marbella and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
