Alkar edged KK Zabok in Sinj 84-82. KK Zabok was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 26-20 charge of Alkar, which allowed them to win the game. They shot 60.3 percent from the field. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Josh Brown (190-94, college: Temple) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Center Hrvoje Vucic (210-91, college: Walsh) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Marko Tomas (200-85) answered with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Aljosa Sarac (191-89) added 11 points in the effort for KK Zabok. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. KK Zabok will play next round against KK Zadar trying to get back on the winning streak. Alkar will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
