Rather expected game in Bekkestua where bottom-ranked Ammerud Bskt (0-5) was crushed by fourth ranked Baerum Basket (4-1) 97-46 on Tuesday. The game without a history. Baerum Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Ammerud Bskt to just 5 points in first quarter and to 11 points in first half. Baerum Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Ammerud Bskt's 22. Ammerud Bskt's coach Mustafa Mahnin gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Baerum Basket have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Loser Ammerud Bskt still closes the standings with five games lost. Baerum Basket will face Froya Basket (#4) in Laksevag in the next round. Ammerud Bskt will play on the road against the league's second-placed Gimle BBK (#2) in Bergen and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
