Regular Season Round 3: GKS Tychy - Pruszkow 86-70

No shocking result in a game when GKS Tychy (2-1) defeated at home Pruszkow (0-3) 86-70 on Saturday. GKS Tychy made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Michal Jankowski (191-87) who scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Pawel Zmarlak (195-82, agency: Promotex) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. Four GKS Tychy players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Michal Kierlewicz (194-97) who recorded 19 points and 4 assists and center Lukasz Paul (205-89) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. GKS Tychy will face Slask in Wroclaw in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Pruszkow will play at home against SKK Siedlce (#13) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
