They outrebounded Oviedo CB 33-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. Oviedo CB was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Center Oliver Arteaga (208-83) came up with 17 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and power forward Ignacio Rosa (206-99) added 15 points respectively for Oviedo CB in the defeat. Oviedo CB's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Palencia Baloncesto will play against Castello (#5) in Castellon in the next round.
