Not a big story in a game in Hiroshima where 5th ranked Kagawa FA (1-4) was defeated by top-ranked Dragonflies (6-0) 88-78 on Sunday. Dragonflies outrebounded Kagawa FA 34-22 including a 16-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American power forward Jamari Traylor (203-92, college: Kansas) had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Seiya Tanaka (186-91) chipped in 22 points and 7 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American guard Terrance Woodbury (201-87, college: Georgia) with 33 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Keitaro Kimura (176-93) scored 11 points and 6 assists. Four Kagawa FA players scored in double figures. Dragonflies have an impressive five-game winning streak. Newly promoted Dragonflies maintains first position with 6-0 record, which they share with Shinshu BW. Kagawa FA lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fourth place with four games lost. Dragonflies will face Fukushima (#4) on the road in the next round. Kagawa FA will play against Shimane Magic and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
