Another interesting game for Hokkaido L. (2-2) which played in Tokyo against Hitachi Sunrockers (1-3). Third ranked Hokkaido L. had an easy win 76-57. Hokkaido L. players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Hitachi Sunrockers were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian-Italian power forward Marc Trasolini (206-90, college: Santa Clara) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Spanish center David Doblas (206-81) who added 21 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Canadian center Robert Sacre (213-89, college: Gonzaga) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and American Ryan Kelly (211-91, college: Duke) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hokkaido L. maintains third position with 2-2 record behind leader Tochigi Brex, which they share with 4 other teams. Hitachi Sunrockers at the other side dropped to the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with San-en. Hokkaido L. will play against Chiba Jets (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Hitachi Sunrockers will play against Akita Happinets and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
