Very expected game when Pozzuoli (0-2) lost on the road to Scauri (2-0) 81-65 on Sunday. They made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game. Mattia Ciman (193-93, agency: Players Group) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points. Andrea Longobardi (199-94) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Scauri players scored in double figures. Scauri's coach used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Ernesto Carrichiello (196-84) replied with 19 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Matteo Bini (200-94) added 16 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Pozzuoli. Scauri will face Catania Alfa (#14) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Pozzuoli will play against Roma Luiss and hope to win that game.
