Regular Season Round 4: Sokol Lancut - AZS AGH KR 75-66

An interesting game for Sokol Lancut (4-0) which hosted in Lancut 4th ranked AZS AGH KR (2-2). Top-ranked Sokol Lancut managed to get a 9-point victory 75-66. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of AZS AGH KR. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Filip Malgorzaciak (192-93) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Kamil Zywert (185-96) who added 10 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Five Sokol Lancut players scored in double figures. At the losing side center Bartlomiej Podworski (205-93) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds and center Michal Sadlo (205-94) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. AZS AGH KR's coach Wojciech Bychawski rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Sokol Lancut have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Slask Wroclaw. Newly promoted AZS AGH KR dropped to the fifth place with two games lost. They share the position with 7 other teams. Sokol Lancut will play against Gornik (#9) in Walbrzych in the next round and are hoping to win another game. AZS AGH KR will play at home against Polfarmex (#11) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
