Regular Season Round 4: Polfarmex Kutno - Ksiezak Lowicz 76-59

Bottom-ranked Ksiezak Lowicz is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their fourth consecutive match to twelfth ranked Polfarmex (2-2) 76-59 on Wednesday evening. Polfarmex outrebounded Ksiezak Lowicz 31-15 including a 26-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a very good performance for power forward Michal Marek (208-96) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Point guard Patryk Wieczorek (188-96) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Mikolaj Motel (191-94) replied with 11 points and Mikolaj Stopierzynski (190-94) added 11 points in the effort for Ksiezak Lowicz. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Polfarmex moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 7 other teams. Newly promoted Ksiezak Lowicz still closes the standings with four games lost. Polfarmex will face AZS AGH KR (#10) in Krakow in the next round where they are favorite. Ksiezak Lowicz will play at home against Pruszkow (#14) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
