Date: October 19, 2018
Bottom-ranked Olympique Antibes is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. Chalon/Saor shot 24 for 33 from the free-throw line, while Olympique Antibes only scored eight points from the stripe. Chalon/Saor forced 22 Olympique Antibes turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Olympique Antibes' players. 32 personal fouls committed by Olympique Antibes helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American point guard Justin Robinson (174-95, college: Monmouth) who scored 18 points and 8 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). The former international center Ousmane Camara (205-89) chipped in 10 points and 9 rebounds. Five Chalon/Saor players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international power forward Fernando Raposo-Laurencio (206-89) who recorded 8 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Paul Rigot (202-95) added 14 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
