Regular Season Round 3: Asseco Arka - Legia 79-69

No shocking result in a game when Asseco Arka (3-0) beat Legia (1-2) in Gdynia 79-69 on Saturday. Asseco Arka made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Josh Bostic (196-87, college: Findlay, OH) who led the winners and scored 28 points and 7 rebounds (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!). His fellow American import center Robert Upshaw (213-94, college: Washington) accounted for 13 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side. American swingman Omar Prewitt (201-94, college: William & Mary) came up with 11 points and British swingman Morayo Soluade (196-95) added 12 points respectively for Legia in the defeat. Asseco Arka will meet at home Miasto Szkla (#14) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Legia will play against Wilki Morskie (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
