Regular Season Round 3: IUL Tiber - Cuore Napoli 64-69

There was a surprise result when Cuore Napoli (1-2) defeated IUL Tiber (1-2) in Roma 69-64 on Saturday. Cuore Napoli made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. IUL Tiber was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for naturalized Serbian swingman Nemanja Dincic (203-98) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 9 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Tommaso Milani (190-88, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Power forward Alessandro Cecchetti (200-91) answered with 16 points and 8 rebounds and the former international Federico Lestini (204-83, agency: SPORTlab Agency) added 19 points in the effort for IUL Tiber. IUL Tiber's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Cuore Napoli will face Battipaglia (#14) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. IUL Tiber will play against Capo d'Orlando and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
