Regular Season Round 4: Iskra Svit - Levice 80-79

The biggest surprise took place in Svit where host Iskra Svit (3-1) edged league's leader Levice (3-1) 80-79 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Levice. American point guard Andrew Guillory (190-92, college: SE Louisiana) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Serbian point guard Sasa Avramovic (193-93, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 23 points. American forward Steven Davis (203-93, college: Wright St.) produced 16 points and 8 rebounds and the former international point guard Milan Ziak (190-88) added 18 points respectively for lost side. Four Iskra Svit and five Levice players scored in double figures. Iskra Svit moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Levice. Levice will play next round against league's leader Inter Bratislava trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Iskra Svit will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
