Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Valencia-2 (2-1) won against at home bottom-ranked Aldaia (0-3) 69-57 on Saturday. They outrebounded Aldaia 48-37 including 35 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was point guard Guillem Ferrando (186-2) who scored 11 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Power forward Alejandro Rivas (203-98) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Four Valencia-2 players scored in double figures. Valencia-2's coach Angel Cepeda used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Ricardo Carrion (-91) produced 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Javier Puerta (-98) added 13 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests.
