Widzew has registered their first victory this season after three consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat TS Ostrovia (0-4) 81-69. Widzew dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to TS Ostrovia's 22. Widzew (1-3) left bottom position moving up to ninth place, which they share with AZS UMCS. It was TS Ostrovia's fourth loss in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Enea AZS P. and Politechn.Gd.. Widzew will play against Enea AZS P. (#11) in Poznan in the next round. TS Ostrovia will play at home against AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski and hopes to get finally their first victory.
