Regular Season Round 3: Holon - Eilat 108-102
Date: October 21, 2018
No shocking result in a game when Hapoel Holon (2-1) beat at home Hapoel Eilat (0-3) 108-102. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Hapoel Holon made 24-of-29 charity shots (82.8 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by Hapoel Eilat helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. His fellow American import guard Khalif Wyatt (193-91, college: Temple) chipped in 21 points and 7 assists (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!). Hapoel Holon's coach Dan Shamir used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Lenzelle Smith-Jr (193-91, college: Ohio St.) who recorded 26 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and Cameroonian-American forward JP Tokoto (198-93, college: N.Carolina) added 15 points and 11 rebounds respectively.
