Regular Season Round 2: Nanjing TX MK - Xinjiang FT 95-116

Everything went according to plan in Jiangsu where Xinjiang Flying Tige (2-0) outscored Monkey Kings (0-2) 116-95 on Wednesday. Xinjiang Flying Tige looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Monkey Kings' players. American-Bulgarian point guard Darius Adams (188-89, college: Indianapolis, agency: IPZ) scored 33 points (!!!), 9 assists and 6 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the former international center Ziming Fan (211-98) chipped in 15 points and 16 rebounds during the contest. Four Xinjiang Flying Tige players scored in double figures. American guard Joseph Young (188-92, college: Oregon) responded with 32 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and his fellow American import center Isaiah Austin (216-93, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Xinjiang Flying Tige will face Golden Bulls (#4) in Hangzhou in the next round. Monkey Kings will play on the road against Golden Bulls (#4) in Hangzhou and hope to win that game.
