Everything went according to plan when eighth ranked MCKiS Jaworz. (3-2) defeated bottom-ranked MKS DG 2 (0-5) in Dabrowa Gornicza 72-68 on Wednesday. Sebastian Dusilo (198-92) orchestrated the victory by scoring 10 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Jacek Wroblewski (192-88) contributed with 8 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. MCKiS Jaworz.'s coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Point guard Radoslaw Chorab (185-0) answered with 30 points and 5 rebounds and forward Michal Batorski (200-88) added 10 points and 17 rebounds in the effort for MKS DG 2. MCKiS Jaworz. moved-up to fourth place in Group C, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser MKS DG 2 still closes the standings with five games lost. MCKiS Jaworz. will face Pogon RS (#10) in Ruda Slaska in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. MKS DG 2 will play on the road against Wisla Krakow and hopes to get finally their first victory.
