Regular Season Round 4: Deco Caserta - Scauri 86-66

The game between Top Four teams took place in Caserta. First ranked host Deco (4-1) smashed 3rd ranked Scauri (3-1) 86-66. It was a very good performance for naturalized Argentinian center Marcelo Dip (205-84, agency: Players Group) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Norman Hassan (197-90) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Five Deco players scored in double figures. Andrea Longobardi (199-94) replied with 29 points and 7 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian point guard Dante Richotti (179-85) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for Scauri. Scauri's coach tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. Despite that victory Deco went down to third position (B) due to points difference, which they share with Vicenza. Scauri at the other side dropped to the sixth place with one game lost. Deco's next round opponent will be league's leader Roma S.Azzurra on the road and it will be for sure the game of the week.
