Very predictable result when top-ranked Roma S.Azzurra (4-0) defeated on the road 9th ranked Roma Luiss (3-2) 92-81 on Wednesday. Roma S.Azzurra made 16-of-16 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Bosnian-Serbian power forward Njegos Visnjic (200-79) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Giovanni Bruni (185-82, agency: Players Group) who added 17 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. At the losing side Andrea Martino (194-95) responded with 25 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Francesco Infante (202-92) scored 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Roma S.Azzurra keeps a position of B leader, which they share with Tigers C. Loser Roma Luiss dropped to the fourth place with two games lost. Roma S.Azzurra will face Deco (#3) in Caserta in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Roma Luiss will play on the road against Capo d'Orlando and hope to win that game.
