Regular Season Round 4: Lugo - Crema 72-96

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both thirteenth ranked Crema and bottom-ranked Lugo had identical 0-4 record. But Lugo was not able to use a home court advantage and was outscored by the opponent from Crema 96-72 on Wednesday night. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Luca Montanari (181-92) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Mattia Norcino (185-93) who added 22 points during the contest. At the losing side point guard Antonio Brighi (190-96) responded with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Matteo Seravalli (193-91) scored 15 points. Five Crema and four Lugo players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Crema went down to fourteenth position (B) due to points difference, which they share with Reggio Emilia. It was Lugo's fifth loss in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost. Crema will face higher ranked Orzinuovi (#4) at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Lugo will play against Lecco (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
