Sixth ranked Kagawa FA (2-6) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 4th placed Orange Vikings (2-7) 81-78 in the game for the fourth place. Kagawa FA looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. American guard Terrance Woodbury (201-87, college: Georgia) stepped up with a triple-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists for the winners and his fellow American import forward Reginald Warren (204-81, college: W.Florida, agency: Inception Sports) chipped in 21 points and 14 rebounds. Woodbury is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was American power forward Cory Johnson (202-88, college: Valparaiso) with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds and guard Keisuke Takabatake (183-90) scored 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Orange Vikings' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Kagawa FA moved-up to fourth place which they share with defeated Orange Vikings. Loser Orange Vikings keep the fourth position with seven games lost. Kagawa FA will face Yamagata (#4) at home in the next round. Orange Vikings will play against Bambitious Nara and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
