Very expected game when 13th ranked Capo d'Orlando (1-4) was edged at home by seventh ranked IUL Tiber (3-2) 81-80 on Thursday. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Giuliano Maresca (192-80) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Alessandro Cecchetti (200-91) who added 16 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side center Riccardo Bartolozzi (201-95) responded with 25 points and 5 rebounds and center Enrico Di-Coste (218-95, college: Northwood) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. IUL Tiber moved-up to fourth place in B, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Capo d'Orlando keeps the thirteenth position with four games lost. IUL Tiber will face Battipaglia (#16) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Capo d'Orlando will play against Roma Luiss and hope to win that game.
