Regular Season Round 6: Ksiezak Lowicz - Slask Wroclaw 77-100

Undefeated leader Slask delivered the sixth consecutive victory. This time they crushed 15th ranked Ksiezak Lowicz (1-5) 100-77. Slask shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Ksiezak Lowicz was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for power forward Aleksander Dziewa (205-97, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Jakub Musial (185-98) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Power forward Marcin Salamonik (202-83) replied with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and point guard Jan Grzelinski (180-94, college: Canisius) added 22 points and 4 assists in the effort for Ksiezak Lowicz. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ksiezak Lowicz's coach Robert Kucharek gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Slask (6-0) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 6 victories in a row, which they share with Sokol Lancut. Newly promoted Ksiezak Lowicz dropped to the fourteenth place with five games lost. They share the position with Kotwica. Slask will play against AZS AGH KR (#12) in Krakow in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Ksiezak Lowicz will play at home against GKS Tychy to get more than just one victory in their record.
