There was a small surprise when eleventh ranked AZS UMK Torun (2-4) beat at home 9th ranked Ogniwo Szczecin (2-4) 88-81 on Saturday. AZS UMK Torun forced 21 Ogniwo Szczecin turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when AZS UMK Torun made 7 blocks.
