Regular Season Round 6: Olivar - Mataro Feimat 66-71

There was no surprise when 8th ranked Olivar (3-3) lost to second ranked Mataro Feimat (5-1) in Zaragoza 66-71 on Saturday. It was a good game for Jaume Sole (195-91) who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 4 assists. Forward David Romero (191-90) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Center Ander Urdiain (203-0) replied with 14 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Javier Garcia (187-1) added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Olivar. Four Olivar players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Mataro Feimat have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position in Group C-A with 5-1 record having just three point less than leader Lliria, which they share with Tarragona and Quart. Loser Olivar dropped to the sixth place with three games lost.
