Quite upsetting was GTK's (#5) home defeat in a game versus seventh ranked Polpharma who edged hosts 85-82. Polpharma made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. Point guard Justin Bibbins (173-96, college: Utah) fired 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Guard Tre Bussey (190-91, college: Georgia South) chipped in 18 points. Four Polpharma players scored in double figures. Point guard Myles Mack (175-93, college: Rutgers) produced 23 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and forward Damonte Dodd (211-94, college: Maryland) added 15 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Polpharma (3-1) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with BM Slam Stal. Loser GTK dropped to the sixth position with two games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Polpharma will meet at home AZS Koszalin (#15) in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
