Very predictable result when third ranked Vicenza (4-1) defeated at home 9th ranked Olginate (2-3) 68-60 on Sunday. Naturalized Argentinian center Diego Corral (204-86, agency: Interperformances) stepped up and scored 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and point guard Pietro Montanari (195-91) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds. Edoardo Caversazio (200-96) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds and power forward Marco Tagliabue (206-86) scored 15 points. Olginate's coach Massimo Meneguzzo rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Vicenza maintains third place in B with 4-1 record behind leader Faenza.
