Very expected game when 11th ranked Alma TR (1-3) lost to seventh ranked Openjobmetis VA (3-1) in Varese 66-78. Openjobmetis VA dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Alma TR's 20. They outrebounded Alma TR 41-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. American power forward Tyler Cain (203-88, college: S.Dakota) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Alma TR's coach Eugenio Dalmasson let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Openjobmetis VA moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams.
