Regular Season Round 7: Klodzko - Rawia 78-54

Everything went according to plan when second ranked Klodzko (6-1) outleveled at home 10th ranked Rawia (1-5) 78-54 on Saturday. Klodzko had a 35-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Rawia's players. Center Jaroslaw Bartkowiak (201-85) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Guard Michal Weiss (188-82) chipped in 20 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Center Kacper Kurkowiak (203-98) produced 7 points and 10 rebounds and forward Maciej Muskala (195-96) added 12 points respectively for lost side. Rawia's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Klodzko. They maintain second place in Group D with 6-1 record having just one point less than leader Zubry. Loser Rawia dropped to the eleventh position with five games lost. Klodzko will face Zielona Gora 2 (#12) in Nowa Sol in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Rawia will play at home against Katy Wroclawskie and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
