No shocking result in a game in Poznan where leader Politechnika Gd. (6-0) smashed 9th ranked Suchy Las (2-4) 114-53 on Sunday. Politechnika Gd. dominated down low during the game scoring 78 of its points in the paint compared to Suchy Las' 44. Politechnika Gd. forced 31 Suchy Las turnovers and outrebounded them 45-29 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Politechnika Gd. looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Suchy Las' players. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Politechnika Gd.. They keep a position of Group A leader, which they share with Pelplin. Loser Suchy Las keep the ninth place with four games lost. Politechnika Gd. will face Tarnovia (#11) in Tarnowo Podgorne in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
