Very important is a road loss of second ranked Hapoel Holon (4-2) against fourth ranked Maccabi T-A (5-1) on Saturday night. Visiting Hapoel Holon was crushed by Maccabi T-A in Tel-Aviv 99-66. DiBartolomeo is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was international swingman Amit Simhon (198-89, agency: Avi Zilberman) with 17 points and American forward Darion Atkins (203-92, college: Virginia) scored 12 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Galil Gilboa. Hapoel Holon at the other side dropped to the fourth place with two games lost. Maccabi T-A will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Hapoel Holon will play at home against the league's leader Galil Gilboa (#1) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
