No shocking result in a game in Roma where fourth ranked Viola RC (6-1) defeated 10th ranked IUL Tiber (3-4) 82-69 on Saturday. IUL Tiber was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Matteo Fallucca (196-93) fired 20 points for the winners. Guard Filippo Alessandri (190-89) chipped in 10 points and 4 assists. Four Viola RC players scored in double figures. Guard Daniele Ricciardi (184-81) produced 21 points and 4 assists and power forward Alessandro Cecchetti (200-91) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. IUL Tiber's coach tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Viola RC moved-up to third place in B. Loser IUL Tiber keeps the tenth position with four games lost. Viola RC will face Valmontone (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. IUL Tiber will play against Palermo GB and hope to win that game.
