Not a big story in a game when bottom-ranked Ordizia-Basoa (0-5) was defeated at home by eighth ranked Santurtzi (3-2) 64-56 on Saturday. Santurtzi forced 22 Ordizia-Basoa turnovers. The best player for the winners was power forward Jon Urtxulutegi (201-96) who scored 15 points. Guard Jon Aldecoa-Otalora (186-0) chipped in 12 points. Santurtzi's coach Miguel Angel Fernandez used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Asier De-la-Iglesia (201-83) produced 16 points and 8 rebounds and guard Jon Villar (184-91) added 14 points respectively for the hosts.
