Very important is a road loss of third ranked Fontedoso Carrefour (4-4) against sixth ranked Navarra (5-3) on Wednesday night. Visiting Fontedoso Carrefour was defeated by Navarra in a tough game in Pamplona 69-76. It was a key game for the second position in Silver. The winners were led by guard Inaki Narros (196-81) who scored that evening 18 points and swingman Javier Marin (194-94, agency: Duran International) supported him with 11 points and 5 rebounds. Navarra's coach David Mangas allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 18 points by point guard Bernardo Garcia (183-92) did not help to save the game for Fontedoso Carrefour. Venezuelan point guard Harold Cazorla (175-91) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the guests. Navarra moved-up to second place in Silver. Fontedoso Carrefour at the other side dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. Navarra's next round opponent will be Tormes (#11) in Salamanca and are hoping to win another game. Fontedoso Carrefour will play at home against Azpeitia ISB (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
