There was a small surprise when twelfth ranked Start Lublin II (4-5) defeated at home 9th ranked Ostrow Mazow. (4-5) 81-72 on Saturday. Point guard Michael Gospodarek (186-91, agency: BeoExcell) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners and guard Bartlomiej Pelczar (186-0) chipped in 20 points and 9 assists. Four Start Lublin II players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Ukrainian guard Andrij Shapovalov (187-93) with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Piotr Barszcz (198-81) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. Ostrow Mazow.'s coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
