Important game to mention about took place in Okinawa. Third ranked Toyota Alvark (11-5) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging their biggest opponent Ryukyu GK (11-5) 57-54 in the fight for the second place. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of center Alex Kirk (211-91, college: N.Mexico, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and forward Jawad Williams (204-83, college: N.Carolina) who added 9 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side forward Jeff Ayres (206-87, college: Arizona St.) responded with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks and forward Josh Scott (208-93, college: Colorado, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 16 points. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Ryukyu GK. Toyota Alvark will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Ryukyu GK will play again at home against Toyota Alvark and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
