Regular Season Round 4: Lovcen - Danilovgrad 94-52

The game between Top Four teams took place in Cetinje. Top-ranked host Lovcen (3-0) smashed 3rd ranked Danilovgrad (2-2) 94-52. Lovcen shot 60.7 percent from the field. They also forced 20 Danilovgrad turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Lovcen especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 64.7 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Danilovgrad's players. The winners were led by Milos Popovic (198-98) who scored that evening 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Serbian Nemanja Todorovic (206-91) supported him with 16 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Four Lovcen players scored in double figures. Even 12 points and 6 assists by point guard Nikola Lalic (187-89) did not help to save the game for Danilovgrad. Power forward Stevan Milosev (204-91) added 14 points for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Lovcen have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 3-0 record. Danilovgrad at the other side dropped to the fourth place with two games lost. They share the position with Ibar Rozaje and Sutjeska. Lovcen will play against league's second-placed Ulcinj in Ulcijn in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Danilovgrad will have a break next round.
