LEB Silver top team - HLA Alicante (7-2) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Moron (5-4) 67-63. The best player for the winners was American guard Devin Schmidt (193-94, college: Delta St., agency: Duran International) who scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Guinean forward Cheick-Sekou Conde (203-92) chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Jon Aramburu (204-92, agency: Duran International) who recorded 15 points and 8 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and American forward Tanner Omlid (196-93, college: W.Oregon) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Moron's coach Pepe Carrion tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. HLA Alicante maintains first place in Silver with 7-2 record. Moron at the other side keeps the sixth position with four games lost. HLA Alicante's next round opponent will be Real Murcia (#3) at home, which may be the game of the day. Moron will play against Almansa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
