Rather predictable result when fifth ranked Almansa (6-3) won against at home 9th ranked L'Hospitalet (3-6) 85-77 on Sunday. They outrebounded L'Hospitalet 44-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. Almansa looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a good game for American center Thomas Granado (208-88, college: Concordia Irvine, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. British forward Rowell Graham (197-94) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Almansa's coach Ruben Perello used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
