AZS Koszalin can celebrate finally their first win this season after seven consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Rosa (2-6) 78-75. 28 personal fouls committed by Rosa helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The winners were led by American guard Drew Brandon (193-92, college: E.Washington) who scored that evening 23 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and Serbian power forward Marko Tejic (209-95, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Four AZS Koszalin players scored in double figures. AZS Koszalin's coach Dragan Nikolic allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 13 points and 7 rebounds by Finnish Carl Lindbom (206-91) did not help to save the game for Rosa. American-Hungarian point guard Obadiah Trotter (188-84, college: Alabama A&M) added 7 points and 6 assists for the guests. AZS Koszalin (1-7) left bottom position moving up to fifteenth place, which they share with Trefl. Rosa at the other side keeps the twelfth position with six games lost. AZS Koszalin's next round opponent will be league's second-placed BM Slam Stal in Ostrow Wlkp. and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
