Rather expected game when 14th ranked Olginate (2-7) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked Lecco (4-4) 66-55 on Saturday. Guard Michael Teghini (192-92) stepped up and scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and point guard Roberto Marinello (179-91) chipped in 14 points. The best for the losing side was Edoardo Caversazio (200-96) with 7 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and point guard Matteo Marino (182-85) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Four Olginate players scored in double figures. Lecco moved-up to tenth place in B. Olginate lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with seven games lost. Lecco will face higher ranked Juvi Cremona (#6) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Olginate will play against San Vendemiano (#8) and hope to win that game.
