Very predictable result when first ranked Real Madrid II (9-1) smashed on the road 16th ranked Daimiel (1-9) 77-53 on Sunday. They outrebounded Daimiel 39-25 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Senegalese center Amar Sylla (206-1) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Serbian forward Mario Nakic (199-1) chipped in 19 points during the contest. At the losing side American forward Julian Lewis (196-92, college: Lewis) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Jose-Luis Otero (203-89) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Real Madrid II have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group B with 9-1 record. Daimiel lost seventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the sixteenth place with nine games lost.
