The game with biggest result difference took place in Fukushima. Local Fukushima (7-12) outscored 6th ranked Tokyo HT (3-16) 92-73 on Sunday night. Fukushima dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Tokyo HT's 44. They outrebounded Tokyo HT 41-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. Fukushima looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Tokyo HT's players. American power forward Evan Ravenel (204-89, college: Ohio St.) fired a double-double by scoring 31 points and 12 rebounds (on 14-of-18 shooting from the field) for the winners. Guard Hiroya Ogane (180-89) produced 24 points and 6 rebounds and forward Takafumi Asano (192-85) added 21 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Tokyo HT players scored in double figures. Fukushima maintains fifth place with 7-12 record. Tokyo HT lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the sixth position with 16 games lost. Fukushima will face league's second-placed Toyotsu FE in Nagoya in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Tokyo HT's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Tokyo to the arena Tokyo Z.
