The game in Solna supposed to be also worth to mention about. Leader Djurgarden (6-0) played at the court of 5th ranked AIK Basket (3-3). Djurgarden smashed AIK Basket 99-73. The game was mostly controlled by Djurgarden. AIK Basket was better in second period 21-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Djurgarden players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. American power forward Germain Jordan (198-86, college: Dillard) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 13 rebounds and 4 assists (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). Naturalized Bulgarian guard Kristoffer Gafor (195-92) contributed with 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Djurgarden players scored in double figures. Naturalized Turkish guard Erkan Inan (195-89) answered with 28 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international guard Serkan Inan (201-86) added 24 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for AIK Basket. Djurgarden have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain second place with 6-0 record having six points less than leader KFUM Fryshuset. AIK Basket at the other side keeps the fifth position with three games lost. They share it with Trelleborg. Djurgarden's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Stockholm Alvik Basket.
