Regular Season Round 11: Start Lublin II - Zubry 92-67

Undefeated Zubry (12-1) recorded its first loss on the court of eighth ranked Start Lublin II on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Start Lublin II 92-67. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Zubry. Start Lublin II dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Zubry's 36. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Start Lublin II made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was Wojciech Czerlonko (195-95) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Mateusz Dziemba (192-92, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 19 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Five Start Lublin II players scored in double figures. Start Lublin II are looking forward to face higher ranked Rosa II Radom (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Zubry will play against Ostrow Mazow. (#11) and is hoping to win this game.
