Very important is a road loss of third ranked WKK Wroclaw (8-4) against tenth ranked Polfarmex (6-6) on Saturday night. Visiting WKK Wroclaw was defeated by Polfarmex in Kutno 82-69. Polfarmex dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to WKK Wroclaw's 34. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Michal Marek (208-96) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Patryk Gospodarek (184-94, agency: Octagon Europe) who added 12 points and 4 assists during the contest. Polfarmex's coach Jaroslaw Krysiewicz used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was point guard Michal Jedrzejewski (184-98) with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Jakub Koelner (183-93) scored 19 points. Polfarmex moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Pogon Prudnik. Newly promoted WKK Wroclaw keeps the third position with four games lost. They share it with Enea Astoria and Polonia Leszno. Polfarmex will meet league's second-placed Sokol Lancut on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. WKK Wroclaw will play against Pruszkow and hope to secure a win.
