At the losing side Canadian swingman Kimberley Gaucher-Smith (183-84, college: Utah) responded with 24 points and 6 rebounds and Canadian-British point guard Shona Thorburn (178-82, college: Utah) scored 8 points and 11 assists. Mondeville's coach Romain Lhermitte tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Nantes Reze moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Flammes. Mondeville at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost. Nantes Reze will play against higher ranked Roche (#9) in La Roche in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Mondeville will play on the road against the league's second-placed Lyon having rather not much hope for a victory.
